Are you being Watched ?

The following photo creeps me out. Not sure why a note like this would draw on so many onlookers, unless perhaps the size of the note itself. I would not even have noticed such a note as I don’t pay much attention to small details or seek out others curiosities. Do any of you seek out strange behavior or look at strange objects?
I wonder as I read the photo, what draws your attention? Send “The Rage” a note of either a weird photo or story of a peculiar situation that made or makes you curious.

Wow ! I can’t get over the creativity of some people. I think lots of people would like to be a wee model. What kind of things do the do with the wee models ? I know there is @weefeltkirk somewhere on Twitter. I think these people ought to hook up.
