The Government will continue to be fiscally irresponsible while they continue an allowance of such events. The reaction was a letter of explanation request vs. delivering termination notices to those approving such action. I just can't seem to understand how you spend money to get out of the hole, much less wasteful spending. If that was me or you, we would be in jail. Payment center 7 has been holding on to $5300.00 of my money for over a year. I call regularly and am told the payment center is working on it.
